# Translation Ayah
1 Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ
2 And We removed from you your burden وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ
3 Which had weighed upon your back الَّذِي أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ
4 And raised high for you your repute. وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ
5 For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
6 Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
7 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانصَبْ
8 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. وَإِلَى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ
